There are no lights in the carpark. It is in complete darkness at night. My house is 246 Astill lodge road. I have to use a torch to get my key in my front door. There are now people hanging about in the carpark at night. There is a history of drug dealing and other unsavoury behaviour in the carpark and this is putting surrounding properties at risk. Could someone please repair the lights.
