For approximately a month I have noticed this street to have tar and other substances accumulating + noticing a foul smell going as it’s mixed with other rubbish that people have fly tipped. As it’s winter/early spring, it won’t seem as bad however this is a recipe for disaster particularly the fact there’s a streak of water that has become pretty much stagnated which will breed flies + attract rats.-40 Kent Street, Leicester, LE2 0AY
