A car was parked in front of my house illegally last night. This person had parked so far on the curb that we were not able to walk on the pavement. There are two disabled people living her and access was prevented due to this car. This car was parked on the double yellow line all night and in the morning as well. There are seriously overgrown trees completely blocking the pavement along side multiple cars blocking the pavement outside 20 Albert Road on a permanent basis. This is a conjoining road with cars coming from multiple directions. I have asked the owner of the property and his staff to cut the trees multiple times but it has been ignored. This needs to be sorted ASAP, this pavement is the only road that links 2 schools with children from the local area walking to class. As for the cars parked there needs to be double yellow lines drawn. This property is located on a bend and cars located on both sides blocks traffic.-20 Albert Road
