This drain on my street the lid has came off. my 7 year old daughter was playing with her friends outside our house and fell down it. luckily she caught onto the sides and her friends were able to pull her out. i have put the cover back on top however it isn’t secure. there is many kids in the area that play outside and i am very concerned for their safety! -113 Pendlebury Drive, Leicester, LE2 6GT

The bus could not see me due to the abundance of greenery in the way, and it's very difficult to lean forward to see the bus with the speed of traffic. The bus only comes every hour which leaves little option to get to the intended place.
