This property is an absolute eyesore. We are trying as a community to smarten up the area, and the tenants nor the landlord of this HMO keep their front garden clean and tidy. Also its’s usually full of litter, it’s very rare that on this occasion it’s not! Yesterday I saw rats here, it’s becoming hazardous and they need to be told to clear it up or it needs to be done for them asap! The area adjacent to my garden appears to be unmanaged and has become heavily overgrown with weeds, brambles and other vegetation. The growth is now spreading over my boundary fence into my garden and is putting pressure on the fence, creating a risk of damage.
