We have noted that the resident on the street consistently fails to retrieve their dustbin and frequently leaves recycling materials outside their property on non-collection days. We have previously submitted multiple reports regarding residents on this street leaving their bins out, yet we have not observed any subsequent action. Given this, we question the efficacy of utilising the application for reporting purposes if these concerns are not addressed.
