I have lived at my address Keyham lane west for over 3 years and always had rubbish dumped outside my gate recycling waste and now other items as on pic thrown all over the back of Keyham lane west alleyway which is the entrances to the properties.
I have always picked up sometime 3 heavy orange bags and put away for the bin men.
