Saffron Lane between Heathcott Road and Grace Road. Huge amounts of litter gathered on the ground in what was weeds all around the parked vehicles. It has been like this for months and looks a terrible and disgusting mess and makes the area a horrible place. The whole stretch needs serious attention.
