We have made a delivery to a company called Sipak, when we arrived we have driven over a manhole cover (see attached) which has caved in and is very close to a public footpath with it being on a industiral estate.

What would be the steps to get this fixed.

A woman walks her stuffy dog between 7.45 - 8.00 each morning. This dog is never on a lead. I have found dog poo on my front garden on three occasions in the past month. I saw her this morning whilst going to my car to go work. The dog ran towards me. I told her the dog should be on a lead and was pooing on my drive. Willowbrook Park, bridge over the brook. The repair you did to the footpath adjacent to the bridge only a month ago hasn’t lasted very long as a hole has appeared again, the other side of the bridge has a concrete ramp that would be a better repair.-Thurncourt Road, Leicester

Need serious action as again wheelchair and pushchair users are risky there life’s and using main road to walk on - need serious action now to sort this - I have also asked Leicester mercury to do an article and also say council are reviewing long term but are happy for life’s to be risked short term
