Overgrown weed and grass.

I believe this should be some sort of drainage/ dam to prevent flooding - where the excess water goes then leads to the big hole which leads to the drainage.

Possibly needs improvement and need to maintain the grass and weed.

Coming out of Columbine Road at the round about the shrubs on the right side obstruct view of cars coming down Sandhill Avenue. Either take out two large shrubs or install speed ramps coming down to the round about. There has been serious accidents twice because of views obstructed. Please listen to this plea before someone is killed.
If someone is killed or has life changing by injuries this plea will be echoed and shared with those affected.
The shrubs are on Sandhill Avenue opposite Nivana -14 Speedwell Drive, Leicester, LE5 1UH
