for the past week what me and my colleague's have noticed, that use this path to get to work, is that there is so many Rats on the footpath, what is visible, is that there is lots of foods left on the foot path, due to this, it is attracting rats, just today there were approximately 10 rats, they are so spread out that they are covering the footpath, find it disturbing to walk through this route and its a danger to the public, in general, this Hutchinson walk is in need of a good clean, over grown plants, people have been throwing unwanted clothes, and furniture, this is a big concern for the public-Hutchinson Walk, Leicester, UK

Ever since two houses were converted in to flats there has been a shortage of car parking spots and people park wherever they want as they know they won't get a ticket.
