Car come to hawarden avenue, looked around before chucking rubbish on the floor (lots of tissues). Then tried to leave bag of rubbish there. Were confronted about it and told to pick it up. said they were only leaving it outside 'for the smell'. Would have left it there if not confronted. This drain is not only blocked with earth but weeds have grown over it! The drain needs cleaning out and gutters need cleaning with a shovel and weeding. When it next rains heavily, the rainwater will run down Kimberley Road, adding to flooding risk. Regular drains maintenance is required.-2 Oakfield Road, Leicester, LE2 1LU
