This sign has been here for over 5 years and yet nobody knows when Morledge Street was made a cycle way. We were told by Highways last September not to worry at the opposing car park exit about hitting bicycles even though we are very unsighted when vans or lorries park in the adjacent council parking bay. Could the sign and cycle order please be checked? Multiple street lights are also broken which is an endangerment to viewing bicycles at night.
