Blue Golf pulled up at the end of Kedleston Road near the allotment, came out hooded up with gloves on and dumped a black bag in the middle of the road. The black bag is still there. Neighbours are concerned there is something suspicious going on. -101 Kedleston Road, Leicester, LE5 5BN
