Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to bring to your attention the current condition of the parking area. For several months, a large amount of leaves from the previous season has remained uncollected. In addition, there are abandoned shopping trolleys and general litter present in the area. While I understand that parked vehicles may sometimes limit access, this could potentially be addressed by notifying residents in advance and requesting that parking bays are kept clear on scheduled cleaning days. The situation has become a safety concern, particularly during wet weather, when the leaves create a slippery surface and increase the risk of accidents. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and appropriate action taken to ensure the area is properly maintained. Thank you for your time and consideration. There is rubbish all down the street against the kerb. This keeps getting marked as resolved but has never been. The cleaners come, pick up a few bits and leave.
