YET AGAIN we have rubbish dumped on Belgrave Boulevard. This is a frequent occurrence and it is being ignored. On Sunday a Biffa lorry caught the branches on one of the many overgrown trees along the Boulevard and quite a few were torn off the tree .The police were called as the road was blocked and today July 22nd the branches that are on the grass are still there. Any person travelling on Red Hill Way and seeing the state of the un mowed grass and rubbish that is visible must be wondering what kind of a dump Leicester city is. This really is disgusting and needs to be dealt with urgently-239 Belgrave Boulevard, Leicester, LE4 2JG
