Hospital staff are coming and smoking cigarettes and vaping around the house. I have requested them to don’t smoke around the area. Whenever I open windows or kitchen door I can smell the cigarette smoke. The people are throwing cigarettes litter in the area after the smoke.
And as you can see in the picture outsiders come around at night and throw trash including broken glass bottles. Would you please sort out this issue.

55 west avenue have still got rubbish tipped on their front on the pavement. This property has been reported many times and are still fly tipping. Do the council have no wardens to visit and fine the property ?
