Hi someone left car before Christmas time with open passanger window and car its unlocked, but someone take out reg number. I tried report through phone to council but they send me to police, i report to police they send me email if i have to contact council. Car stay hear for long tome i ask my neighbour no one know who its this car, but on a street we have drug dealer and i think his friends left this car but i don’t want to ask becauseits not nice guy.
