Near 130-132 Highcross Street, Leicester, LE1 4PJ

Leicester - Abbey Ward

There is a road manhole cover outside Sainsbury’s on Highcross Street causing a lot of problems.
Most cars pass over it, causing a very loud noise.
Because the road is so busy, the sound can be continuously noisy, as each car goes over it.
There are lots of residents nearby of The Wullcomb and Vanquish Mill who are losing sleep.
This may not be an emergency, but it’s affecting a lot of people.
Plus it’s giving a very bad impression of Leicester to any visitors staying at the Novotel hotel.
