I would like to report an ongoing issue. Multiple times each week, bins are deliberately placed in parking spaces to reserve them, sometimes using neighbouring properties' bins. This regularly prevents other residents from parking. Previous attempts by neighbours to address the issue have resulted in confrontational behaviour, making residents reluctant to raise it directly. I would be grateful if the council could investigate.
