Both street lampposts on left side been off all summer during street construction works, but construction company has just suddenly walked off and abandoned site. No repairs have been done. No contact numbers. Street is dark and unsafe at night.

Please can you confirm if a car displaying a blue badge is allowed to park on the double yellow lines, next to a junction opposite school gates during dropping off and collection times.

I have not taken a picture of the car but I have indicated on my photograph where the car parks in red. I have also indicated with a yellow arrow where the double yellow lines start, they then go around the corner.-37 New Romney Crescent, Leicester, LE5 1NJ
