A dead pigeon is located in the garden of the unoccupied upstairs flat. It is causing a significant disturbance to my dogs, who can smell it and are repeatedly trying to break through the fence to get to it. Because the flat is completely empty and unmanaged, I cannot contact a resident to remove it, and it poses a health risk to my pets. And I’m not touching it it’s not in my garden, Please could environmental health or the removal team assist with clearing it? Thank you.
