Leicester - Stoneygate Ward

The drain cover outside number 19 is blocked up and needs cleaning up. The blockage is caused by debris and by small stones that were left on the carriageway when the road was resurfaced several years ago. Why wasn't the road covered up with a top layer that stops all the tiny stones from running up to the surface like other roads? A site visit will show what I am referring to and you can see the stones in the pictures. The road surface needs to be compacted and stones bedded in. -23 Evington Drive, Leicester, LE5 5PF

Description

The drain cover outside number 19 is blocked up and needs cleaning up. The long grass and weeds haven’t been removed yet. Why has this case been closed? Hi, The Council owned bungalow on Wycombe Road behind our house on 57 Danbury Place has been unoccupied for a very long time. As a result the grass has grown very tall. We have mice in our house and it is likely that they are hiding in the tall grass and then entering into our house. Please cut the grass short regularly at the bungalow and check that the mice haven’t made the empty bungalow their home. -147 Wycombe Road, Leicester, LE5 0PQ
