In the winter grit box are dumped lots of balloon metal canisters the grit is frozen as the box will not close properly I have reported this before and they are still there so I can’t now get grit for the pavement as we live in a hill as it’s froze solid and the canisters are hazardous waste I understand please deal with the issue for the second or third time I have contact you !!!!-19 Morban Road, Leicester, LE2 8LW
