At the top of London Road, near to the junction of Ratcliffe Road, the man hole cover is loose, it makes a dreadful clanging sound each time a car goes over which is very frequent. I have reported this once already, I think somebody tried to fix it as it was a bit better for a few weeks but it has become loose again, it needs a more stronger resolution as the clanging sound is awful and disturbing -London Road, Leicester, UK
