I use this route to work everyday as I work at the Hospital. There is a constant disregard to replace the bins after they have been emptied. I have reported this issue numerous times over the past couple of years but nothing changes. YOU have the power to resolve this issue almost immediately, not by putting a sticker on the bin requesting they take it in, but by fining the landlord/homeowner…it’s a menace to pedestrians & the bins end up overflowing or dragged across pavements.
