The shops along Western Boulevard seem to think the pavement is their personal carpark. The same happens with cars driving onto Bede park. Cars drive down the pavement to park and expect pedestrians to move out of the way. This is an all day issue-Flat 1, 35K, Western Boulevard, Leicester, LE2 7HN
