This is on Temple Road beside Fairway Accessories Ltd 2A Temple Road is the location the footpath tarmac has damaged after a poor repair earlier or last year. While speaking to parking enforcement about the cars parked outside shops in the 100% pedestrian area in front of bede park they said they cannot do anything because there's no double yellows etc. He said they drive up there amongst the pedestrians and through the pedestrian crossing because the bollard has been smashed off. (See photo) there's also a missing bollard in front of dominoes so the squeeze through there too. PLEASE can you send someone to access. The person this car belongs to does not appear to be a resident, yet they regularly park in the residents’ bays and then go to their workplace. I’m not sure whether they have been issued a permit, but if they are not a resident, I would question why they are permitted to use the residents’ parking. Please don’t simply respond by saying that the situation is being monitored.
