Last week i reported about bins left outside my area of residence. Yesterday was bin collection day but litter was left outside by the bin collectors and as well the orange bin has been there for 3 weeks Noone is taking account of it .These bins have been on the pavement since the 5th of January I moved in .I am reporting this as people often push the bins to our driveway as they want to walk on the pavement -3 Cyprus Road, Leicester, LE2 8QT
