Traffic cones illegally placed on public highway/road to prevent people from parking on the road on a daily basis. Believe the person lives in a council flat where the cones have been placed outside and is preventing other people from parking on road so he can save the parking place outside his council flat for his car. Litter all across the street opposite the supermarket. Plastic bags and rubbish scattered amongst the pavement, driveways, and curbs. Many neighbours have complained, but sadly the supermarket is not taking any responsibility. Due to the footfall in the supermarket recently the rubbish has increased from their customers.
