Vehicle has been abandoned for 72 hours on main A47 carriageway on double yellow lines.

A PCN was issued on Mon am, and I have reported the police twice. There is no sign of any driver and the vehicle some of the main A47.

This is extremely unusual to abandon on a main road, on double yellows. The police have said to report to LCC to tow away urgently -24 Uppingham Road, Leicester, LE5 0QD
