Orange bin not emptied for weeks and weeks, left on street, overflowing, smells foul, health and safety hazard, rats around, children, public walking by, in the way on the public pavement, people often walking on road to avoid the stench. Along with burnt out wheelie bins also foul stench, these are not being emptied each Friday as they still overflow after the bin men have been.
