The council have cut the grass on Middleton Street (at the back of the houses on Riverside Drive) but they have failed to remove the tree saplings on the land growing up the (privately owned) fences. Description

The council have cut the grass on Middleton Street (at the back of the houses on Riverside Drive) but they have failed to remove the tree saplings on the land growing up the (privately owned) fences.
