overgrown bush into our property. people have started littering in the bush, and putting dog poo also in the bush. Along this, there are several stinging nettles sticking out which is a huge hazard, and a particular concern for children and dogs as they walk by. we also saw a rat come out from near the bush, which raises huge concerns for us.
