A drying rack has been outside number 27 halkin st for the last 5 days. A bag containing bedding outside number 12 halkin street for the last 10 days. A recycle bag which has not been collected outside 35 halkin street since last Thursday. The street is looking a mess and a hazard for the elderly walking past. Not a pleasant experience walking in this street. Everyday someone thinks they can dump what they dont want onto the street. -35 Halkin Street, Leicester, LE4 6JX
