Some work was carried out back in April to clear the shrubbery and bushes at the rear of my property. Through clearing the bushes and shrubbery which should have been maintained better has damaged my fence to the rear of my property. The back side alleyway between 74 and 76 Barclay Street is full of mattresses and rubbish. There is a sofa dumped outside number 74. Children in the house seen to throw food, crockery, cutlery etc over the back wall, into my and neighbours gardens on Cambridge Street. Council owned alleyways so I’ve not sure if that makes them private or public.-75 Barclay Street, Leicester, LE3 0JD
