Have reported before, need more permanent Signage, I walk my dogs twice a day over the bridge, every single time there's food thrown everywhere, never just bread, have asked people nicely to stop as they're feeding rats not pigeons, but they tell me to shut up.. my dog caught a rat again lastnight as there is so many.. birds poop everywhere all over bridge/railings not safe for humans or dogs, can cause blindness & the rat droppings too, just think more of deterrent is needed.
