Leicester - Westcotes Ward

Description

This coach parked in the bus stop outside the leisure centre leaving very little space behind it. A bus was not able to get close enough to the pavement to line up its doors. People in wheelchairs, on crutches or with buggies etc would find it impossible and busses had to pull up on the next road (see photo) he was there for the 20 minutes I waited for the 162 (a bus that cannot lower for accessibility) and I presume he was there for the whole lesson if he was on a school job.

More evidence for Western Boulevard and the lady parked on double yellows did so just to get stuff from the shop and leave a can on the road. Doesn't matter if they carefully place it upright... it's still litter and I doubt snacks warrant double yellows...right?-35R, Western Boulevard, Leicester, LE2 7HN
