Orange Highway Coned (most likely stolen) have been placed on road to prevent people from parking on road. This. Is causing problems for local residents as the area already has severe parking problems.. The cones are being placed on the road every day by the resident living in the council property . Please send somebody out to pick up cones and speak to the council house resident, thank you -10 Imperial Avenue, Leicester, LE3 1AF
