The double yellow lines have just been refreshed, and people are STILL parking on corners. These photos were taken on Mon 23rd of March at roughly 6pm. These people are properly taking the p**s! " I'll park where I like, rules don't apply to me" It's so irresponsible & dangerous, these streets are bad enough to see round corners if you're a driver as it is. Location Highcliffe Road LE5 1TY. Constant litter from the KFC. This is happening on a daily basis. Everyday more and more litter appears. Even when council clean it, within hours it is back. This particular rubbish has been here for 4 days and increasing everyday. KFC should be cleaning this and providing bins and council fines for littering.
