Constant parking on double yellow lines at entrance to the Almshouses site by people in houses opposite . tradesman at other properties and blocking our entrance. street parking enforcement staff seem to be in evidence near the shops but need to spend time around the top of the road opposite Abbedae Care Home to enforce illegal parking which is causing dangerous situation for those leaving our site including emergency vehicles etc-160 Hinckley Road, Leicester, LE3 0TF
