Street lights issue with the two circled street lights on this photo on Dishley lane Leicester Le45fx. Keep flashing on and off and dimming and brightening and have been doing this for months now. Reported to midland heart but they’ve done nothing about it to fix the issue but it’s becoming irritating at night with lack of visibility in the dark carpark area and needs resolving. Also the street lights on this development are held in the ground with blocks of wood which is unsafe -1 Eastwell Walk, Leicester, LE4 5TL

Description

Street lights issue with the two circled street lights on this photo on Dishley lane Leicester Le45fx. Keep flashing on and off and dimming and brightening and have been doing this for months now. Someone left these wastes on broken orange bags beside our bin (which is 1A), there were also some on a box under the orange bin (which is the pharmacy’s). Please if you can help us fix this. This is not the first time someone left their wastes beside our bin and on our walkway (as we live on the first floor flat).
