A little grey kitten has been hit by a car and is lying on the road near the traffic lights on the roundabout. Sadly the kitten is dead. It might be chipped and the owners deserve some closure and to know what happened. Cars parked on yellow lines on Marina Road and Evington Valley Road. Due to 7 days traffic created by Scholls and Bazaar, more lately all located on Evington Valley Road. NO action taken by Council nor the traffic warden, who only do quick glare and walk away.. Driver should be fined instantly for illegal parking and blocking residents Drive way.
