Lots of Bins left outside. Bins are blocking pavements causing hazard for the residents and general public. Attracting pigeons and crows eating out of open bins and making a mess in the street. It’s a health & safety issue which needs to be resolved please-19 Hartopp Road, Leicester, LE2 1WE

I have an existing H like outside my house which was painted by the Council. It’s because I have a dropped curb and driveway. It needs repainting as it has faded. The Scraptoft Brook has too many Grass and Shrubs and Trees and Bushes which are very big and way overgrown, if any flood or more rain water comes, it doesn’t flow properly because it’s being stopped by the overgrown grass and bushes.
