Cars and vans continually parking at the junction of Greenwood road/ freeman road north ( both sides ) Not always the same car/van but very often blocking the dropped kerbs preventing wheelchair users from safely crossing. UPPERTON ROAD - Grey litter bag blown over on the road from the pile of bags to be collected by the council. Can they be picked up as soon as possible before they get crushed by the traffic and resulting with litter flying all over the road and causing disruption/accidents.
