Leicester - Castle Ward

Description

Fire hazard and possible fly-tipping. Large pile of cardboard, next to old cans of oil, wooden planks, a wooden chair, and surrounded by what look like yellow plastic fuel cans. Not sure if they are full or not, but this is a huge fire hazard. The one-storey building on the right and against which this pile partly rests is a storage place for the stock of neighbouring supermarkets with unknown items/substances in. If a fire starts and gets into that, it could be very dangerous. This pile has been re-arranged since I reported it last week (compare this photo with the one in job code 5032161 but it has not been disposed of. I do not know what is under the blue tarpaulin.
