I reported this car being parked on the pavement and I spoke to the owner I was coming home just and he refused to park elsewhere even though there were parking spaces! It is obstructing the pavement and me coming in and out of my house!! When is East Leicester Police going to do something? Illegal parking, same car parks here regularly. The curb is down indicating an entrance to our private car park, residents cannot come out constantly!!!-Christopher Scotney, 130 London Road, Leicester, LE2 1EB
