Francis Street and Allandale Road have been allowed to become run down and dirty. There are multiple residential and commercial bins left on pavements 24/7. I was only allowed to add three photos but had many. It's been an issue since before COVID. Considering the area is supposed to be a nice retail/eating spaces it's not being well looked after. I would like to report excessive weed growth along the pavements and kerbs on Montague Road, Leicester LE2 1TJ. The weeds have become overgrown and are making the street look neglected. In places, they are spreading across the pavement and kerb line and would benefit from removal as part of the council's street maintenance programme. You have closed this saying no offence. When clearly these cars are parked here everyday. Please explain how person with pushchairs and wheelchairs suppose walk other than going on the road . Cars are being parked on the pavements, and as you can see from these photos, there is no room left for pedestrians to walk safely.
