On the junction of mendip avenue and Jean drive a car dropped a bag of waste on the side of the road intentionally and drove off. I caught it as well as I can on cctv and it was intentional with what looks like used trade waste. Someone is letting their dog foul all along this road outside the school. There must be over 30 lots of dog excrement outside the school. There is a camera at the junction of Sandhurst Road and Pool Road I suggest it’s used to see who is doing this and sort it out.
