I have a query relating to 2x street lights on Knighton Fields Road E. Both lights are located outside of the Wheatsheaf Works site. One light is adjacent to Pope Street, the other adjacent to the entrance of Stable Mews.

npower Business Solutions (nBS) is the supplier of electricity to 2x inventory items; believed to be the queried lights, recorded as been located on Knighton Fields Road E / Wheatsheaf Works. The MPAN is 2700003555368. A Streetview search of the lights returns images indicating neither light has a clear identifier on it i.e. visible sticker or signage denoting it as the Council's.

Can you confirm who is responsible for the queried lights please.
